Style : Fermented (microbial) dark tea ; aged naturally in dry storage ; boiled then blend with milk and butter. 

Note : 
Silky, creamy, grounding. 
Jujube, cocoa, and aged wood, often accented with a gentle creaminess and hint of saltiness.

Pairing: Sourdough bread + salted butter
